What exactly have I said is false about the receipt? I was just making examples to the fact that just because it has only on item on it and several hours of labor that that ONE item was the only thing installed or done to the car. It can not get any easier then that...sorry :-(.

I am not even going to argue the head issue with you anymore since you are not the customer. I will just say the customer was taken care of to HIS Satisfaction. Case closed.

As for my new business...I will ask you again to find ONE customer who is dissatisfied with my Customer service.
